It amazes me the endlessness of God’s creation and that most seldom even see it. Still, He carefully designed every mountain, valley, ocean, and stream.
I find it so easy to soak in and enjoy the diverse beauty . We have access to the riches of what God has lovingly taken care of and I am most grateful.
Once again the people have been so nice. We have begun the search for good unique food. The Indiana state pie was “Sugar Cream Pie” . It was an interestingly simple pie similar to a custard.

We visited the Bridgeton Mill and a man named Mike told us all the history.

The Harris Sugarbush Maple Farm we visited was a family run business and we enjoyed talking to Rebecca the wife. Their business like many today suffers from being able to find help.

We sat by the fire last night after dinner because the temperature had dropped after the rain to the 40’s.

We explored most of the day and scouted out covered bridges and pristine farms , catching glimpses of Amish wagon travelers.

Patty’s eye caught a beautiful flower garden at the home of Perenni- Al’s. Get it? His name was Al. 🤣Now we are gingerly caring for tubers and bulbs we could not resist buying ,that he offered to sale. (This after I just cleared out my specific bed because of overcrowding)

The day was full of blessings enjoying all the people and places and KNOWING that God is the gracious provider of it all.
