Our first day was leaving at 5:00 a.m. and on the road all day, arriving in Amarillo, TX about 5 p.m. with temps. at 77°. Met the Kirkpatrick’s at Overnite RV Park. We ate at the Big Texan Resturant, fueled up, and to bed for some rest after a long day.
I love driving, we play our radio but talk MUCH more than at home where the distractions are many, we choose anything from life, politics, kids and our scripture for the day. It all boils down to the same thing every time …
