Day 8

Very hot for this part of country today. Felt ok to us but 86° to them was a full on heat wave.

Went to Mount St. Helen today. Listen to Brother Mike and read a devotional on the way.

Lost lots of timber in 1980 when she erupted. They are just now cutting the replanted trees that were planted after cleanup.
Fried chicken( Patty & Gregg said best they had ever had) Pork chop with peach chutney which was equaling delicious.
Ricotta donuts with caramel sauce.
Dipping my feet in the cold creek behind the cabin.
