Random Pictures of Calf., Arizona and Nevada

We saw beautiful scenery and met beautiful people. We were the minority in the National Parks. Most were from another countries. Each one that Dwayne met , which was everyone he came in contact with ,whether they could speak English or not got a “southern lesson”. He made everyone’s trip a little brighter by watching and hearing him teach them “All “ how to say, “ How’s your mama ‘nem. “

We’ll never forget Jon & Lois Moroni, from in Mariposa, CA. They were our parents for 3 whole days and we left with very full tummy’s, restful sleep and sayings like “ Yes, my flower”, instead of “yes, dear”and using our manners.( won’t mention the name of the person that got his hand loving slapped for trying to pick up a slice of pineapple with his fingers but I bet you can guess who it was🤣). The Restful Nest was one of the best memories of our trip, once again proving that there are precious, sweet people everywhere. (Thank you Cathy Call)

We saw so many different landscapes from huge Sequoia trees, tall mountains, waterfalls, and desert. If it was said once, it was said many times, “Our God is Amazing and is the one & only to create such vast and unique beauty. “To Him we praise and glorify for it.

We give credit to Dwayne for keeping us laughing and Patty with such a kind sweet nature ,that made traveling together so easy.

Of course, there were mishaps, loosing my phone out of the vehicle on I-40 while trying to take a picture, one tripping on a curb and fracturing a toe and 3 of us coming back sick, then our flight back from Dallas cancelled because of weather BUT when I tell you the beauty, and especially the companions we were traveling with, made it a trip that makes all that fade and this trip will be counted as another great treasure to remember.
