This is a post that apparently never downloaded from Aug. 4,22 Happened upon a nice rest area in eastern Tennessee on I-24. It’s right along Tennessee River on Nickajac Lake. It has a walking path along side it.
Tishimingo is the area our Vilano RV was built and also where the greatest Vilano repair people are. Danny and his crew are the BEST! We need new seals and these are the qualified to do it. We have an appt. for in the morning, so we’ll arrive this afternoon spend the night in their parking lot that has hookups.
Tishomingo is also mentioned in the “O Brother Where Art Thou” movie. It’s the home of the Tishimingo State Park and Coon Dog Cemetery. It’s in the northeast corner of Mississippi near the Alabama line.
