Through W.Virginia, Virginia, into Tennessee

Boy, these cool, breezy temperatures are going to be hard to leave behind, but then my daughter lives in Penn. and loves to come home and bask in our Louisiana sun like a lizard. I have to say it for the up-tenth time, we have found the roadways so free of litter and growing a lavender wild flower, maybe flax ??? I shutter to think of visitors coming to our home state and seeing the “state” of our road sides. We have some things to be proud of but that is certainly NOT one of them. Gas prices have been from $4.59-5.65 per gallon.

Staying in N. Chattanooga KOA. Rained most of Monday, so stayed indoors and read. Tues. went to Rock City TENN/ GA, anything else would have been too hot. It was shaded and cooler there. Also , gives you the opportunity to unwind , even if there were more people on this visit.

Needed to scooch sideways for this one.
Isn’t he the cutest!
Why? The water sprayer in my pocket. Dog training, for Agate, redirecting his attention from other dogs and barking. Cameo minds well, loves people but not so much other dogs if they approach her. Agate, has done wonderful so far. He loves other dogs and people.
Swinging bridge
Can you hear the tranquil music playing and the bird singing?
