Wiscosin is a beautiful state and has impressed me with beautiful Lake Michigan, that looks more like a ocean than a lake, cheese and apple trees every where like pecan trees in Louisiana. The church we visited and the people we met were friendly . Corn, 🌽 and more cornfields with beautiful barns and quilts were always being focused in my camera. There were many old churches, lighthouses and buildings that have stood the test of time , some dating back to the 1800’s. The temperature has less humidity and this time of year has overall been pleasant. You can drive miles with a view of Lake Michigan to your right. The highways and country roads were free of litter. ( one of the 3 L’s I don’t like, litter, lying and lazy, just ask my grandchildren) The stores and Resturant’s have “Help Wanted” signs. Only one place that we tried couldn’t accommodate Cameo. ( sometimes she did stay behind in RV) We saw a lot of flags and crosses, prayerfully hoping all our states have this in common. We’ve had people notice and say so when they see us saying grace at meals. I’ve said it before but the truth is and I think it bears repeating “ We all can be thankful to have the privileged blessing of living in America”. So on we travel …..
