We have seen many weird inventions; the log splitter for a tractor, the power saw with a car engine and now a bicycle with a lawnmower. The saying” necessity is the author of invention”, sure fits.
We have a real need in our souls, that cannot be invented, many times we try to look for all sorts of things, alcohol, food, relationships to fill the void but what the soul really cries out for and finds true satisfaction in is accepting Christ and living for Him.
But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.” John 4:14
