Riding the Rapids on the Salmon River

Sorry if anyone missed my blog. It was maxed out on data and we were out of cell service…..

We went all day river rafting trip and even though I have a terrible fear of water 💦 I gave in to Gregg’s ; let’s just says prompting. It was a blast! They were Class 3 rapids , so not too scary. Stopped half way and had a delicious picnic lunch under a willow tree that was provided.

Sometimes we let our fear get out of hand. It grows in our imagination until it becomes a paralyzing terror. Whether it’s real or imagined , we know who we can trust and not be afraid. Psalms 56:3,4

When I am afraid I put my trust in you. In God , in who’s word I praise- in God I trust and am not afraid.
